Fees

Alongside our new service we offer conventional recruitment of pay per placement or contractors under limited status.  Our business strategy has ensured minimal overheads and where we don’t incur the expenses that most other recruitment agents have, resulting savings being able to be passed to our cliental.  Dunamis Services has been setup on the sole intension of reducing recruitment costs.

Recruitment Packages

Permanent 

  • All our fees are chargeable on base salary only.
  • We will never charge on benefits or perspective OTE.
  • Our fees are set at 10% with a guarantee structure on a sliding scale or offer of a free replacement.
  • Our payment terms unless previously agreed are 14 days.


Contractors

  • We use factoring companies to ensure all our contractors are paid on time.
  • Contractors are limited status.
  • Timesheets are supplied to contractors and are submitted weekly.
  • Contractors are referenced checked fully from their last two positions, unless contract requires security vetting (which may incur an additional charge to cover costs).
  • Contractors work to set rates defined by our clients to eliminate payment arguments between contractors and company employed staff.


New service

  • Prices are not found on this website due to competitors viewing our offers.
  • Our terms and conditions have been legally prepared and are bespoke to this offer, which is why we know that we are the first to offer the new service.
  • Our legal obligation is to fulfil our contract outlined within our terms that should we fail to do so you are entitled to a full refund.
  • We can provide you with unlimited recruitment solutions from a similar price of what it may cost an employer to recruit a part time human resources assistant for one day a week.  Full prices can be provided on request.
  • Our payment terms are for 28 days on our new service. On receipt of signed terms we will raise an invoice the same day, we ask that you use the 28 days as a FREE trial and ensure payment is made before the final day.  Should you wish to change your mind on this service simply do not pay, if you have paid then a full refund will be generated.
