When making an introduction/ recommendation you can be assured that each candidate would have been screened and pre-interviewed by Dunamis Services to ensure suitability. We are not a web based recruitment company or a generic high street agent, by taking pride within our selection processes we ensure that each candidate submitted has the relevant skill set required and the desire to perform within your organisation.

Every candidate submitted will accompany a Dunamis Services coversheet, which details key information such as the position which they are applying for, current and expected salary and if there is any notice period required. We also provide added value on each candidate submission with detailed notes on the candidate, reflecting our pre-interview discussion and detailing education level, key achievements and why we believe they are the perfect match for your individual vacancy.

Interim / Temporary / Contractors

Having a Flexible workforce allows many businesses the flexibility to be more flexible to their customers. We do provide flexible workers on either PAYE or Umbrella contracts; in many cases our rates remain highly competitive against our leading competitors. And include:
Every worker fully referenced, prior to starting their assignments.
Fully insured to £10million Employers Liability and £5million Public and Product Liability
Offer of free transfer to fulltime following completion of 13 consecutive weeks

 

PAYE or LTD workers start on AWD (Agency Workers Directive) guidelines until they have completed their consecutive 13th week on assignment. At this stage they will automatically be entitled to comparable pay under the AWR laws. We are able to provide you with further details on AWR and to help you in becoming AWR compliant.

With scenario be it LTD or PAYE we use CashFriday, who are a division of Lloyds TSB Commercial finance to ensure all workers are paid on time. Our standard 30 day payment terms still apply.
